OptoMetrix is a pioneer in the area of Laser Signal
Injection Microscopy for integrated circuit failure analysis. We introduced
the first commercially available instrument for performing LIVA and TIVA
analysis developed by Sandia National Laboratories. Since that time we have
introduced our own technique, XIVA, which significantly improved the
